Pan seared chicken breast, creamy sweetcorn, baby spinach, bacon sauce

Or Seared fillet of sea bream, harissa spiced chickpeas, tender stem broccoli saffron mayonnaise

Or potato gnocchi, creamed butternut squash, sage and pumpkin seed

Dessert:

Apple crumble and toffee tart, vanilla custard
