With District Council elections on Thursday 2nd May your local Conservative team have been very busy over the past few months speaking with residents about the issues that matter to them. This election is crucial as we work hard to take back West Oxfordshire District Council from the current Lib Dem / Labour / Green coalition of chaos.
Since taking over the council they've hiked up our council tax again and again, hiked up the cost of a green bin permit again and again, and wasted nearly £500,000 refurbishing the council chamber whilst frontline services decline. They also decided to spend £9.5million buying Marriott's Walk Shopping Centre whilst failing to invest anything in Witney Town Centre.
West Oxfordshire is crying out for change and common sense politics. This can only be achieved by backing your local Conservatives team on Thursday 2nd May. This is a local election about local issues. Every vote really does matter so make sure yours count.
