All staff, members, and councillors of the West Oxfordshire Conservative Association are saddened to hear the news of the passing of Queen Elizabeth II.
Her Majesty was the constant in our lives, an inspiration to all in the United Kingdom, the Commonwealth and around the world.
Our thoughts today are with all the Royal Family. May she rest in peace.
